About Our Founder

Alectra was founded by Terry Lundie‑Jenkins to work directly within businesses, projects, and leadership teams to restore control, implement governance, strengthen performance, and deliver transparent, measurable outcomes.

With over 30 years of experience, Terry has worked across industry sectors and organisational structures, from multinational groups through to small business and trade-based ownership environments.

He is recognised for his ability to integrate quickly into any business environment, operating at all levels, working directly with ownership, or collaborating with teams to strengthen capability and culture where required.

Terry applies a structured, disciplined approach to resolving complex challenges across financial control, operational leadership, project delivery, and systems and process standardisation. His work focuses on delivering practical, tailored solutions that improve performance, enhance visibility, and establish sustainable operational foundations.

Experience built through delivery, not theory

Terry’s experience has been built through direct end-to-end involvement and responsibility for oversight, development and implementations in business operations, financial management, and project delivery, working across environments where performance, accountability, and outcomes are critical.

Operating within both structured corporate environments and hands‑on operational settings, he has developed the ability to quickly understand business context, identify underlying issues, and implement solutions that are practical, effective, and aligned to commercial objectives.
